   • Varna Pigmentation offers various treatments, including but not limited to:

2. Appointments and Cancellations
   • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
   • Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy:
     Please note: Kindly be informed that a deposit of £30, which is non-refundable, is required for each appointment. The balance is due at the clinic. This deposit will be applied to your service fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice to receive a refund, otherwise, the deposit will not be returned. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, we can do so at no extra charge, provided you give us a notice of at least 48 hours.
   • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full fee will still apply.
   • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
3. Client Responsibilities
   • Health Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to their session. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
   • Conduct: Our services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and payment in full will be required.
4. Payment
   • Fees: Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the service is rendered. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
   • Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated.
5. Confidentiality
   • All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Data Storage and Security
   • Data Storage: Client data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.
   • Access: Only authorized personnel have access to client data, and we regularly review our security practices to ensure your information remains safe.
7. Liability
   • Varna Pigmentation and its technicians are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after treatments. Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being during sessions.
